In the morning, we had breakfast and then went to watch the local church service. However, at the church there were toomany tourists there taking photos. i think that was a little rude. The locals couldn´t even get through. So we decided to leave and go back to the hotel.
At the hotel we checked out, received a parting present and were taken to the airport to catch our flight. We were not upgraded on this flight. i wish I was. it was one of the most uncomfortable flights I hae ever been on. I was seated next to a lady who took up part of my seat as well. She even spilled my own drink on me. Then behind me, were three kids whose parents weren´t watching them. All the kids were under 8. They were violently shaking and kicking my seat for 5 hours. The flight attendant even came over a few times and tried to get the parents to control their kids. It didn´t work. Then the kids were running and crawling in the aisles. I had juice spilled on me this time. It was not fun!
Finally abck in Santiago we grabbed a take out pizza for dinner and said our goodbyes to Connie and Gert who leave tomorrow. I am still having issues with my throat and ear and plan on going to the doctor tomorrow.
